We specialise in performance marketing and Shopify website management.As a young and fast-growing team, we thrive on ownership, creativity, and delivering more than we promise.We’re now looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who is hungry to grow, takes complete ownership of clients, and is passionate about scaling brands across platforms.ROLE OVERVIEWAs our Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be the face of Onavid for clients, driving campaigns across Meta, Google, Snapchat, and other platforms.You’ll be responsible for achieving client ROAS, growing their brands, retaining them with excellent service, and guiding them with timely reporting and insights.This is a remote role, with a competitive salary plus performance-based incentives (up to 50% of your base salary additionally).WHAT YOU WILL DOPlan, manage, and optimise paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, Snapchat, and other channelsTake full ownership of client accounts, focusing on ROAS, growth, and retention.Communicate directly with clients, ensuring timely reports, insights, and strategic guidance.Collaborate with our creative and Shopify teams to align campaigns with client goals.Monitor and optimise campaigns based on performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA, CAC, LTV).Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORAt least 2 years of hands-on experience in running paid campaigns (Meta, Google required; Snapchat is a bonus).Strong communication and client-facing skills — you can explain data and strategy clearly.Proven track record of delivering ROAS and scaling campaigns profitably.A high-ownership mindset — you take initiative and ensure results.Ability to guide clients strategically, not just execute ads.Respect for deadlines, processes, and others’ time.COMPENSATION & BENEFITSCompetitive salary based on experience.Incentives on top of salary: Earn up to 50% of your base salary additionally.Remote work flexibility.Direct client ownership — build long-term relationships, not just run ads.Opportunity to grow quickly with a high-performance startup team.
