Oracle Techno-Functional Consultant – SCM & Manufacturing (MFG)

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Techno-Functional SCM & Manufacturing Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite SCM and Manufacturing modules. The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge combined with hands-on technical skills, supporting end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing business processes, integrations, and custom developments.Key Responsibilities:Act as a Techno-Functional Consultant for Oracle SCM and Manufacturing modules.Provide hands-on support for Oracle Manufacturing modules, including:Bill of Materials (BOM)Work in Process (WIP)Configure and support SCM modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements.Manage and support Cost Management module, including costing setups, transactions, and reconciliations.Understand and support Order to Cash (O2C) cycle, including:Order Management (OM)Order booking and fulfillment processes.Handle and troubleshoot Inventory transactions, setups, and related accounting flows.Design, develop, and maintain RICE components:ReportsInterfacesConversionsExtensionsDevelop and support custom reports and integrations using Oracle technical tools.Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.Support data migration, testing (unit, SIT, UAT), and production deployments.Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution.Prepare functional and technical documentation.Required Skills & Qualifications:10+ years of experience in Oracle SCM modules with strong techno-functional expertise.Mandatory hands-on experience in:Oracle Manufacturing (BOM, WIP)Cost Management moduleStrong understanding of SCM module configurations.Good knowledge of Order Management (OM) and O2C cycle.Solid experience with Inventory transactions and related processes.Strong experience in RICE component development.Proven experience in integrations and custom report development.Good understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and data models.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and business teams.Nice to Have:Experience in full lifecycle Oracle EBS implementations.Exposure to performance tuning and optimization.Experience in support and enhancement projects.
