Technical Project Manager – ISV & Integration Delivery

Role SummaryWe’re looking for a hands-on Technical Project Manager to drive delivery of custom ERP solutions, integrations, and internally developed ISV products.This is not a coordination-only role. You will own timelines, push developers, communicate directly with stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business outcomes.What You’ll Own- Manage multiple concurrent development projects (ERP customizations, integrations, ISVs)- Run daily/weekly standups and actively remove blockers- Translate business requirements into clear technical tasks- Work directly with developers and development manager to validate scope, estimates, and feasibility- Track progress using tools like Smart Sheet and hold the team accountable- Communicate proactively with internal leadership and clients- Identify risks early and drive resolution—not just report them- Ensure deliverables meet both functional and business expectationsWhat We’re Looking For (Must-Haves)Communication- Fluent English (written and spoken)- Comfortable leading client calls and internal discussionsTechnical Understanding- Experience understanding APIs (REST, webhooks, integrations)- Experience with ERP systems (Acumatica, NetSuite, SAP, etc.)- Able to challenge developers intelligentlyExecution Mindset- Proven ability to deliver projects—not just manage them- Can handle ambiguity and evolving requirements- Strong prioritization and decision-making skillsOwnership- Takes responsibility for outcomes- Follows through without needing constant direction- Comfortable pushing back when neededStrongly Preferred- Experience managing ISV or product-based development- Background in software development or QA- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum in real-world environments- Experience working with US-based teams or clientsThis Role Is NOT For You If- You only provide status updates without driving action- You rely entirely on developers for technical understanding- You struggle to manage multiple priorities simultaneously- You wait for direction instead of taking initiativeSuccess in This Role Looks Like- Projects consistently delivered on time and within scope- Developers are productive and aligned- Stakeholders feel informed and confident- Risks are identified early and handled proactivelyCompensation- Competitive salary based on experience- Performance-based incentives tied to delivery and project success
