Role OverviewThey will be supporting reporting for our Technology Asset Inventory (TAI) Project and helping improve our overall reporting suite.Please describe the team the candidate will be working with - how many members?Will be part of the ASK Portal Team. Our goal is to be a 1 stop shop for ITSM Metrics. You will be focusing on our TAI Project building reports.What is the break-down of the team s skill sets (ex: 1 PM 4 Developers etc.)?Currently 8 team members - 4 OGA Engineers with backgrounds in Tableau and software engineering. Two US Based Engineers 1 Senior 1 Lead. 1 Lead Technical Product Owner. 1 OGA based Tester.Develop new reports using TableauHelp Improve our existing dashboardsPartner with Product owners to understand requirements for dashboardsHelp improve our inventory of dashboardsParticipate in operations actives and agile meetingsResponsibilitiesBuild and enhance Tableau dashboardsCreate complex data sources and write strong SQLUse Python for data tasksWork with Product Owners to gather dashboard requirementsSupport reporting for the Technology Asset Inventory (TAI)Participate in daily Agile activitiesUse approved AI tools regularly to improve productivityRequirementsTableau report development. 5+SQL 5+ yearsPython 2+ yearsITSM concepts and ServiceNow.Ability to make complex data sources for reporting 5+ years
