Salesforce Developer Consultant | Platform Architecture & CPQ/Billing Expert

We're seeking a talented Salesforce Developer Consultant to join our growing team and help us build innovative, scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of designing and implementing customized Salesforce applications that drive real business value.You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including admins, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions. This is an opportunity to work on challenging projects, leverage cutting-edge Salesforce technologies, and make a meaningful impact on our platform's evolution.What You'll DoDesign and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and VisualforceBuild and enhance integrations between Salesforce and external systems to create seamless data flowsSupport and optimize Salesforce CPQ and Billing implementations, working with complex data models including Quotes, Invoices, Products, and Usage recordsParticipate in the full development lifecycle within Agile/sprint-based teamsConduct code reviews, write comprehensive unit tests, and champion quality and maintainability standardsOptimize application performance, scalability, and security across the Salesforce ecosystemManage sandbox environments, version control (Git), and CI/CD deployment pipelinesCreate clear technical documentation and build reusable code componentsTroubleshoot production issues with systematic root cause analysisStay current with Salesforce releases and emerging platform capabilitiesWhat We're Looking ForRequired:5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experienceStrong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura & LWC)Proven experience with Salesforce integrations and APIsSolid understanding of CRM concepts and Salesforce platform capabilitiesExperience working in Agile environments with sprint-based deliveryKnowledge of Salesforce CPQ and Billing data modelsExcellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skillsPassion for learning and continuous improvementPreferred:Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I & II, Administrator, or Application ArchitectExperience with modern DevOps practices and CI/CD toolsDeep knowledge of Salesforce data modeling and platform architecture best practicesWhy Join Us?This is your chance to work on meaningful projects with a collaborative team that values technical excellence and innovation.
