SAP Basis - Technical Service Manager

We are looking for an accomplished SAP Technology Senior Consultant (BASIS) with 12+ years of experience in SAP technical administration to join our SAP Enterprise Cloud Services team as a Technical Service Manager (TSM). The ideal candidate will have a strong SAP BASIS background and a proven track record of delivering consistent, high-quality technical outcomes in complex SAP landscapes.In this role, you will contribute to SAP’s global cloud strategy by supporting customers in their SAP S/4HANA adoption journey, enabling their transition to the Intelligent Enterprise. As part of the SAP Enterprise Cloud Services organization, you will act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers throughout their end-to-end cloud transformation lifecycle.Education, Skills & CompetenciesBachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field12+ years of experience in SAP Technical Administration, with deep expertise in SAP BASISStrong hands-on experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA system administration and operationsSAP certifications in BASIS / S/4HANA / HANA Administration are highly desirableHyperscaler certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) are a strong advantageExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and solution-oriented mindsetProven ability to work effectively with global, cross-cultural teams
