AVP- Parametric Insurance & Reinsurance

We will count on you to:Develop, structure, and manage parametric insurance products tailored to client needs.Apply advanced mathematical and statistical techniques to model and price parametric insurance risks.Collaborate with reinsurance partners to negotiate terms and optimize risk transfer solutions.Build and maintain relationships with private equity firms, lenders, clients and other financial stakeholders.Provide technical expertise and advisory support on parametric insurance solutions to clients and internal teams.Maintain relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally and design collaborative plans for growthIdentify key decision makers, clients or prospects risks needs and determines the services, products, and combinations that will best serve and address the client/prospect’s issues and objectives.Monitor market trends and regulatory developments in insurance, reinsurance, and renewable sectors.Support business development initiatives targeting insurance and financial sectors.Good knowledge on data modelling, data crunching & correlating data with climate data sites like NASA- MERRA, ERA 5, SOLAR GIS etcWhat you need to have:Very strong mathematical and analytical skills are essential.Experience in the insurance sectorEngagement skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external partners.MBA/Engineer from a reputed B - SchoolWhat makes you stand out?
