P&C domain will be required. Experience in working on data mapping will be preferred.Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst with strong experience in the insurance domain and process/data mapping. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and create detailed mappings to support system implementations, process improvements, and regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities: Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders across underwriting, claims, policy servicing, and IT to gather and document business requirements. Process Mapping: Create detailed as-is and to-be process maps using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or ARIS to visualize workflows and identify inefficiencies 1 2. Data Mapping: Define and document data flows between systems, ensuring alignment with business rules and regulatory requirements. Gap Analysis: Identify gaps between current and desired states and propose actionable solutions. Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment. Documentation: Prepare BRDs, FRDs, use cases, and user stories to support development and testing teams. Testing Support: Assist in UAT planning, execution, and defect tracking to ensure solutions meet business needs.
