Roles and Responsibilities 1.Monitor, moderate user-generated content such as comments. Moderate publisher-generated content against preset Customer guidelines. 2. Approval/ rejection of content/ comments in compliance & non-compliance with customer guidelines, respectively. 3. Keep track, be aware of news, current affairs, especially international markets like the US. 4. Identify gaps/ gray areas in policies & guidelines based on ground truth data. 5. Store, document edge cases, nuanced examples among moderated content to create referenceable repositories.
