Role Description This is a contract-based, on-site Human Resources role located in Ahmedabad. The selected candidate will manage the recruitment lifecycle, develop HR policies, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and foster a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities include conducting interviews, onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, overseeing performance evaluations, and facilitating training or development programs to support organizational goals. Qualifications Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planningStrong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirementsExcellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsProficiency in HR software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and maintain confidentialityBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferredPrevious experience in a fast-paced or client-oriented environment is a plus
