The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, and fostering positive employee relations. Day-to-day tasks include handling recruitment processes, managing employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws, coordinating training and development programs, and supporting managers with employee lifecycle activities. This role also involves maintaining a productive and collaborative work environment within the organization. Qualifications Proficiency in HR Management and HR OperationsStrong experience in Employee Relations and implementing HR PoliciesSolid understanding of Human Resources (HR) practices and compliance requirementsStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to work effectively in a team and provide strategic HR support to meet organizational goalsRelevant educational background, such as a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldPrior experience in a similar HR role is highly preferred
