The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for developing and managing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and ensuring personnel management practices align with company standards. Additional responsibilities include supporting HR management efforts, maintaining compliance, addressing employee relations matters, and contributing to the overall success of the HR department. The role requires flexible and effective communication to support a wide range of HR operations. Qualifications Proficient in foundational Human Resources (HR) functions, including onboarding, recruitment, and workforce planningExperience in implementing and managing HR Policies effectivelySkill in Employee Benefits administration, including health benefits and performance incentivesCapable of handling Personnel Management tasks and developing strategies to enhance employee satisfactionStrong knowledge of HR Management principles and compliance with employment regulationsAbility to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate excellent organizational skills, and communicate effectively across different levelsPrevious experience with HR software or systems is desirableBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus
