Executive – Talent Management Designation: Executive – Human Resources Business Unit: Operations & Quality Function: Human Resources Location: Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Aurangabad ROLE OVERVIEW/ PURPOSE Reporting to: Solid Line to Talent Management Lead ( Corp. Ops & Quality) & Dotted line to Plant HR Head ROLE OVERVIEW/ PURPOSE This role is responsible for shaping and driving the people development and cultural agenda at the site under the guidance and support of Talent Management Lead (Corp. Ops & Quality) and Plant HR Head. The position focuses on building organisational capability through Talent Management, Learning & Development and OD interventions, while fostering an environment of trust, inclusion and high engagement. OVERALL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities: Talent Management: Seamless implementation of Talent Management Process at the site Track individual development plans and intervene wherever necessary Track progress, collect feedback and facilitate developmental conversations with managers and employees. Learning and Development: Act as Department Training Administrator Training Need Identification at the site and fulfilling the requirements Drive the execution of centrally designed training projects at the site Diversity & Inclusion: Design and implement D&I strategies at the site in consultation with Corporate & Site HR Leadership Ensure equal opportunity practices are embedded across the site Employee Wellbeing: Drive wellbeing initiatives at the site to ensure a resilient workforce with Physical, Mental, Social and Financial wellness Compliance: Track and ensure cGMP & Statutory compliance standards are maintained at the site Employee Connect & Engagement: Build and maintain strong connect with employees Drive Engagement initiatives that enhance trust, belongingness and motivation Environment, Health & Safety: Maintain and support environment, health and safety systems in alignment with ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 KEY RELATIONSHIPS/STAKEHOLDERS External Training Partners External Vendors / Event Management Teams Internal (other than Direct Reports) Site Leadership Corporate HR HR BPs Heads of Departments DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE Educational Qualifications Masters / Post-graduate Diploma in HR / MSW / Industrial Psychology Experience 1-3 years of relevant experience Knowledge and Skills ( Functional / Technical ) Talent Management Employee Engagement Data Analytics Presentation & Articulation skills Behavioural Attributes Strong Interpersonal Skills Collaboration Analytical mindset and attention to details Passion for culture building, inclusion and employee wellbeing
