Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Manager, based in Aurangabad. The Construction Manager will oversee daily construction activities, ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, and manage on-site staff to maintain smooth operations. Responsibilities include supervising construction processes, enforcing safety standards, budgeting, and ensuring efficient project control. Field execution head managing all disciplines, labour, vendorsKey ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily operations, ensure sequence integrity, productivity and site discipline across all shifts.Key Skills/ AttributesExecution planning, multitasking, team leadership, strong field coordination.AttributesQualifications- Proficiency in Supervisory Skills to lead teams and direct project execution. - Expertise in Construction processes and methodologies. - Experience with Project Control and scheduling tools for effective management. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment. - A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred. - Proficiency with construction management software and tools is an advantage. - B.E./B.Tech (Civil), 12–15 yrs exp in industrial/infra EPC.
