Job Title: AI EngineerLocation: Remote | Type: FreelanceExperience: 3–4 YearsRole OverviewWe are looking for an AI Engineer with strong Azure cloud experience to build a conversational data platform that allows users to ask natural language questions and retrieve information from multiple enterprise systems (finance, scheduling, procurement, document management, etc.).The role involves data integration, pipeline development, and AI-driven query processing to enable a unified interface for project insights.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage data pipelines and API integrations with multiple external systems.Develop backend services to support natural language queries.Implement AI/LLM-based query interpretation and response generation.Combine and normalize data from multiple sources.Ensure secure access, RBAC, and audit logging for all queries and responses.Required Skills3–5 years of experience in Data Engineering or Backend DevelopmentStrong experience with Microsoft AzureHands-on with Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, or Azure Synapse AnalyticsStrong Python and SQL skillsExperience with API integrations and data pipelinesFamiliarity with AI frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndexExperience with Azure OpenAI Service is a plus
