Role descriptionRole Specification: Technology EngineerRole DescriptionRole TitleTechnology Engineer- MechanicalRole PurposeEquipment Development EngineerWhat the role entails(Key Responsibilities)·Design and develop precision mechanical components and systems for high-speed industrial machines.·Create detailed 3D models and manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks, Inventor, or CATIA.·Perform motion and dynamic analysis to optimize performance and minimize vibration.·Conduct Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to validate structural integrity and fatigue life using ANSYS or similar tools.·Collaborate closely with electrical, controls, and automation teams to ensure seamless mechanical integration.·Select appropriate materials for high-speed and high-durability applications.·Apply principles of modular design for scalable and serviceable machine architectures.·Participate in prototype development, testing, and design iteration cycles.·Ensure designs comply with relevant safety and industry standards (e.g., ISO, CE).·Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in design processes, documentation, and cost efficiency.What we are looking for in you(Skills, Knowledge, Special Attributes, Mobility)·3+ years of experience in mechanical design, preferably with high-speed machinery or automation equipment.·Proficient in CAD software (SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, or CATIA).·Strong understanding of mechanical dynamics, kinematics, tolerancing, and vibration mitigation.·Experience with FEA tools such as ANSYS for structural and dynamic analysis.·Knowledge of manufacturing processes including CNC machining, sheet metal, and assembly methods.·Strong communication and collaboration skills.·Knowledge of GD&T and precision tolerance stack-up analysisLocationAurangabadExperience & EducationMinimum Qualifications & Critical Exposure to Perform the Job at the Optimum Level3 - 5 yearsBachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
