Junior Architect

Role Description- Assist in developing architectural designs under the guidance of senior staff - Prepare design and construction documents using CAD and BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) - Conduct site analysis and research building codes, zoning regulations, and materials - Assist in preparing presentation materials including renderings, diagrams, and reports - Coordinate with consultants (MEP, structural, civil) and contractors - Participate in project meetings and take notes or follow up on assigned tasks - Support in resolving design and technical issues as they arise - Help ensure design quality and adherence to project timelines and budgetsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent0–3 years of professional experience in an architectural firmProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative SuiteBasic knowledge of architectural detailing and building systemsStrong visual, written, and verbal communication skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a team settingWillingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
