The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming conceptual architectural designs into realistic 3D visualizations and renderings. You will collaborate closely with architects, designers, and project stakeholders to bring projects to life and communicate design intent clearly through high-quality 3D modeling, rendering, and animation. Qualifications Expertise in Architecture and Interior Modelling Design Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Effective communication and teamwork abilities Relevant certifications or degrees in Architecture or related field Experience with 3D modeling software and tools Key Responsibilities: Create 3D architectural models based on 2D drawings, sketches, or conceptual designs. Develop high-quality photo-realistic visualizations, renderings, walkthroughs, and animations. Collaborate with design teams to ensure visual accuracy and alignment with project goals. Interpret architectural drawings and translate them into realistic 3D representations. Provide input during the design process to improve spatial aesthetics and functionality. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in architectural visualization and modeling. Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently while maintaining high standards. Use tools such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Rhino, Lumion, V-Ray, D5, or similar. Work closely with clients to understand and deliver on visual expectations.
