Associate Manager- Global Deal Team

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Associate Manager to join the Global Deal Team. This is a client-facing role that involves working closely with the Investment Team to drive deal execution, build client relationships, and identify new business opportunities.This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to FCG’s growth and play a key role in the financial services ecosystem.About Fuse Capital Group (FCG)Fuse Capital Group is a global investment advisory firm headquartered in the UK, operating across Europe and APAC. The firm specializes in helping sponsor-backed and owner-managed businesses secure tailored financing solutions for growth, acquisitions, refinancing, and exit strategies. Experience required: 7+ yearsTime: 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm (Monday-Friday)Location: RemoteType of employment: Full-timeResponsibiltiesDeal ExecutionReview and analyze client financial statements and business performanceDevelop client business overviews and Investment Memorandums (IMs)Build and maintain financial models (3-way: P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet)Coordinate lender interactions and support deal closure processesIdentify cross-selling opportunities across FCG’s product offeringsStay updated on market trends and financing solutionsRelationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and lending partnersCollaborate with internal teams (Investment, Marketing, etc.) for seamless executionSupport client engagement strategies and deal pipeline growthAdministration & ReportingManage project plans and ensure adherence to internal SLAsMaintain accurate deal data on project management systemsProvide insights and reporting for ongoing dealsQualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related fieldCFA / CA (preferred but not mandatory)Strong financial modelling and financial analysis skillsExpertise in preparing investment/credit/marketing documentsUnderstanding of valuation methods (DCF, multiples-based) – preferredStrong commercial awareness and business development mindsetExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsStrong problem-solving and organizational abilitiesAbility to work independently and in team-driven environmentsWhy Join FCExposure to global deals across multiple sectorsOpportunity to work with leading investors and lendersHigh-impact role in a fast-growing financial advisory firmCollaborative, high-performance work environment
