Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Tendering Specialist. The Tendering Specialist will be responsible for managing the tender process, developing competitive proposals, analyzing client requirements, and ensuring the submission of high-quality tender documentation. Additional responsibilities include procurement coordination, liaising with stakeholders, and maintaining effective communication across teams to deliver successful outcomes within established deadlines. Qualifications Proven experience in Tender Management and proficiency in managing end-to-end tendering processes.Strong Analytical Skills for assessing tender documents, requirements, and evaluating competitive opportunities.Excellent Communication and Proposal Writing skills to prepare compelling and accurate submissions.Experience and knowledge in Procurement processes, including vendor negotiation and contract management.Strong organizational abilities to prioritize tasks and handle multiple deadlines effectively.Attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a remote team.Familiarity with industry-specific tendering software and tools is an asset.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
