With consistent year-over-year growth, we are expanding our Customer Success TeamAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Customer Success Consultant / Trainer who will operate at the intersection of product, presales, and customer enablement. This is a highly dynamic, client-facing role focused on driving adoption, delivering value, and empowering customers through training and strategic consultation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with enterprise clients, understands DevOps practices, and can translate technical capabilities into real business impact. Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with Global 5000 clients to adopt and optimize requirements management solutions within their DevOps/ALM ecosystemsLead discovery sessions, workshops, and planning calls to understand customer needsDeliver product demonstrations, training sessions, and enablement programs for both prospective and existing customersProvide expert-level support for Modern Requirements and Copilot modulesTroubleshoot issues and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve defectsCreate training materials such as guides, videos, and documentationSupport multiple clients simultaneously while maintaining strong follow-ups and engagementAssist customers in leveraging AI/Copilot capabilities effectivelyCollaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Engineering teamsContribute to internal knowledge sharing Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field2+ years of experience in a client-facing role (Customer Success, Consulting, Presales, or Training)Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environmentBasic understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practicesFamiliarity with Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines, Build, Commits)Working knowledge of Git workflows (push/pull requests, repositories, codebases)Experience delivering training sessions or workshopsStrong organizational and time management skills Nice-to-Have SkillsExposure to Agile/Scrum methodologiesUnderstanding of QA/testing processesExperience in B2B presales or customer success environmentsKnowledge of AI concepts, copilots, or intelligent agentsFamiliarity with Microsoft AzureDevOps ecosystemExperience in regulated industries (e.g., Medical, Pharmaceutical)French language proficiency (asset)
