Workday Integration / Workday Functional Consultant (Advanced Compensation / Absence / Talent Management)Location: Remote – India Start Date: Immediate Contract: Long-Term ContractRole OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Workday Consultant to join our team on a long-term remote contract. This role is open to professionals with strong experience in either - Workday Integrations or Workday Functional modules such as Advanced Compensation, Absence, or Talent Management.The ideal candidate will have hands-on Workday implementation and support experience, strong configuration skills, and the ability to collaborate with global stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesWorkday Integration TrackDesign, build, and maintain Workday integrations using tools such as EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Workday APIsDevelop inbound and outbound integrations with third-party systemsTroubleshoot and resolve integration issues and data errorsWork with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into integration solutionsEnsure integrations meet performance, security, and compliance requirementsSupport Workday releases, testing, and deploymentsWorkday Functional Track (Advanced Compensation / Absence / Talent Management)Configure and maintain Workday modules including Advanced Compensation, Absence Management, and Talent ManagementPartner with HR stakeholders to gather business requirements and implement solutionsSupport configuration changes, business process framework updates, and reportingAssist with annual cycles such as compensation reviews, talent reviews, and absence policy updatesConduct system testing, UAT support, and release managementProvide ongoing functional support and troubleshootingRequired Qualifications3–8+ years of Workday experienceStrong experience in either:Workday Integrations, ORWorkday Functional modules (Advanced Compensation / Absence / Talent)Hands-on experience with Workday configuration and supportExperience with Workday business process frameworkStrong troubleshooting and analytical skillsExcellent communication skills and ability to work with global teamsExperience supporting Workday production environmentsPreferred QualificationsExperience with Workday Studio, XSLT, XML, and Web ServicesExperience with Workday reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Composite)Prior Workday implementation or deployment experienceWorkday certification in relevant modulesAdditional DetailsRemote role – IndiaImmediate start preferredLong-term contract opportunityOpportunity to work with global teams and enterprise Workday environments
