The implementation team holdsthe responsibility of being the first ‘face to the client’. We set the scene for future collaborationand must work efficiently, professionally and in line with the client's expectation of anoutsourced partner. We work under pressure and must therefore be in control and demonstratea constant ability to be flexible within the constraints of very rigid project managementprinciples. The implementation team must maintain the integrity of our Global implementationmethodology and ensure a smooth transition from the Business Development team takes placeand subsequently prepare a stable handover to the Operations team.purpose of the jobDirecting and managing large size multi-country/regional implementation projects. The ProjectManager works independently and deals with senior level stakeholders, workers and/or profiles.The Project Manager will also share responsibility for the onboarding and training of newcolleagues by providing mentoring/buddy support.
