This is a work-from-home opportunity for professionals who are passionate about guiding students, understanding their learning needs, and helping them choose the right academic path through PhysicsWallah’s learning ecosystem.Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel students and parents regarding JEE/NEET course offerings, exam preparation strategies, and academic planning.Understand students’ academic background and learning requirements to recommend the most suitable PW courses.Engage with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to ensure high conversion rates and excellent student experience.Provide timely and empathetic responses to student queries and concerns.Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system.Coordinate with academic and marketing teams to improve student satisfaction, retention, and overall user experience.Eligibility & Requirements1–4 years of experience in academic counselling, preferably in the JEE/NEET domain.Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi.Strong student-handling and problem-solving abilities with an empathetic approach.Familiarity with online education platforms and digital counselling tools.Must have a laptop/desktop, stable internet connection, and a quiet work environment.
