Our platforms — OnboardIQ (frictionless onboarding), OneRisk (proactive fraud and risk management), and Privy (data governance/DPDPA compliance) — form one seamless solution enabling trust.What You'll Be Doing:As an AI Lead/Principal Engineer, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of our cutting-edge AI solutions:Solve Real-World Problems: Frame and solve complex, multimodal problems, primarily focused on fighting fraud across various geographies and modes.Full-Stack Production AI: Work across the entire AI platform spectrum: data acquisition, model training/fine-tuning, deployment, maintenance, and continuous enhancement.LLM & GenAI Expertise: Apply deep, hands-on expertise in LLMs (fine-tuning, RAG implementations, and model selection) for production use cases.Performance & Scale: Own performance tuning and optimization to maintain our high-performance, large-scale AI systems, ensuring reliability and scalability in production.Innovation & R&D: Collaborate on R&D to evaluate and integrate cutting-edge technologies, keeping our platform ahead of the curve.Engineering Excellence: Design and build robust solutions, including APIs, to expose AI capabilities reliably. Contribute to documentation and mentor team members on best practices.Must-Haves (Your Profile):Experience: 10-15 years of experience driving impactful AI initiatives in production settings.Domain Expertise: Proven experience framing and solving complex problems with AI models, specifically in Computer Vision, NLP, and GenAI, and deploying these at scale.LLM Production Mastery: Deep, hands-on experience with LLMs, including expertise in fine-tuning, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and strategic model selection based on use-case requirements. Must have driven at least two production use cases in this domain.Production AI Focus: 6+ years of building and maintaining large-scale production AI systems, including optimization and tuning for deployment at scale.
