• 15-20 years’ experience in adhesive product development (formulation and commercialization) & NPD project management • Deep understanding of polymer chemistry, Adhesive formulations and testing, Emulsion design, synthesis, and analysis. • Analytical mindset and problem-solving approach. • Strategic thinking & Innovative mindset Functional Competencies • Critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills and ability to develop new adhesive products. • Hands- on experience in synthesis and formulations of adhesives based on Polyurethane chemistry (PU: 1K, 2K, PUD) and water-based Acrylic • Design, development and scale-up expertise in PSA, Lamination, Packaging, water-based adhesives technologies • Handled emulsion polymer synthesis, based on VAM, VAM-Acrylic and Acrylic emulsions at lab, pilot as well as plant scale. • Expertise in adhesive performance evaluation, benchmarking, product mapping. • Expertise in data collection, reporting and data presentation. Sound knowledge of polymer chemistry, adhesive & coating technology
