About the Role The Plant HR Head will be responsible for leading the Human Resources function at the Aurangabad plant. This role involves overseeing all HR operations, ensuring compliance with labour laws, driving employee engagement, and supporting the plant leadership in achieving business goals through effective people management. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the HR function at the plant, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and development. Ensure compliance with all statutory and legal requirements related to labor and employment laws. Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture. Manage industrial relations and maintain harmonious relationships with unions and employees. Implement performance management systems and support talent development initiatives. Collaborate with plant leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives. Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management at the plant level. Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner. Desired Skills and Qualifications Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a plant HR leadership role. Strong knowledge of labor laws and industrial relations.
