We are looking for an experienced Freelance Project Manager to support a leading pharmaceutical Key Responsibilities: Manage transition of SOPs & work instructions into video-based training modulesCoordinate with e-learning specialists, technical writers, and stakeholdersTrack project milestones, delivery timelines, and team performancePrepare status reports using MS Project, Jira, Excel, etc.Handle multiple priorities in fast-paced regulated environmentsEnsure smooth communication between client stakeholders and contractor teamsRequired Skills:✔️ 5+ years of Project Management experience ✔️ Experience in industrial/manufacturing environments ✔️ Experience managing video creation or e-learning projects ✔️ Strong reporting and tracking skills ✔️ Hands-on experience with MS Project, Jira, Excel ✔️ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills ✔️ Ability to manage large teams and multiple workstreamsPreferred Skills:➕ Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences experience ➕ Experience working in cleanrooms / clean spaces ➕ Scrum Master / Agile certification
