This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment, building HR systems from scratch, and helping recruit top talent globally. You will work closely with the founder and department leads to build a lean, high-performance team across marketing, operations, and creative roles.We are hiring both part-time and full-time for this role. Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent AcquisitionManage end-to-end hiring across departments (marketing, operations, creative, finance)Screen large volumes of applicants and shortlist top candidatesCoordinate interviews and hiring processesBuild structured hiring pipelines and evaluation frameworksSource talent globally via LinkedIn, job boards, and recruiter networksDevelop relationships with agencies and recruiting partnersPeople OperationsManage onboarding processes for new hiresMaintain HR documentation and contractsImplement HR systems and toolsEnsure smooth internal communication and team alignmentMust Have5+ years experience in HR, People Operations, or Talent AcquisitionExperience hiring for marketing, digital, or e-commerce rolesStrong candidate evaluation and interviewing skillsExperience screening large applicant pools efficientlyExcellent written and verbal EnglishHighly organized and systems-orientedWhat We Offer Remote work with a global teamOpportunity to build HR systems in a fast-growing companyCompetitive compensationFlexible working environment
