Strong operations are what make this possible—and this role sits at the heart of that foundation.The RoleThis is a high-ownership operations role responsible for ensuring our products reach the right place, at the right time, without friction.You will:- Work closely with pharmacies to ensure product availability and smooth reordering - Coordinate inventory, dispatch, and last-mile delivery for both offline and online orders - Maintain simple but accurate inventory and sales trackers - Act as the first point of coordination for operational issues—solving problems quickly and calmly - Document learnings and help build repeatable systems as we expand to new citiesThis role is hands-on and fast-paced.
