We’re looking for an Principal Analytics Consultant to join our fast-growing team. From immuno-oncology to hepatitis, our insights have supported 70+ therapy areas worldwide.What You’ll DoSupport the full lifecycle of pharmaceutical products—from development to market launch and post-market monitoring—using advanced analytics to uncover key trends and opportunitiesConduct market sizing, cohort analysis, risk stratification, and KPI modelling to inform product and marketing strategiesBuild and optimise automated data pipelines (e.g., in Dataiku) to improve reporting efficiency and deliver faster insightsDevelop and present interactive dashboards, visualisations, and executive presentations to communicate findings to stakeholdersPartner with Product and Sales teams to translate analytical insights into scalable, productised solutions that align with our platform visionCollaborate with regional analytics teams, sharing best practices in predictive modelling, machine learning, and advanced SQL querying to ensure consistent quality and innovationMentor junior team members, promoting analytical excellence and knowledge sharing. Essential Criteria5+ years’ experience in commercial Patient Analytics, commercial data analytics, data science, or advanced manipulation and interpretation of real-world healthcare data sets.Proven expertise in SQL (advanced joins, window functions, aggregations), Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost), and data visualisation tools (Power BI, Excel VBA/Macros, Power Query)Strong background in healthcare analytics using datasets from providers such as IQVIA, OPTUM, and KOMODO. Experience with predictive modelling, machine learning, risk stratification, and product uptake forecasting.
