Skills & Competencies Strong strategic thinking and business acumen to align actions with long-term organizational goals Keen attention to detail combined with effective decision-making capabilities Integrity and commitment to ethical conduct in all professional activities Achievement-focused mindset with a drive to meet and exceed targets Ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members with a supportive leadership approach Excellent relationship management and communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively Experience, Education & Other Info Minimum 20 years of finance leadership experience with strong business controlling and financial management exposure At least 5 years as a Business Controller or Finance Leader in a large organization. Educational qualifications: CA or ICWA; MBA is an added advantage.
