Our platform is used by enterprises to manage debt collections, and design plays a core role in shaping trust, clarity, and usability across workflows.Role SummaryWe are seeking a Product Designer (UI/UX Designer) who will own the end-to-end design experience across our web application. This role is focused on high-quality interface design, scalable component systems, and user-centered workflows. You will work closely with product manager, engineers, customer teams, and leadership to translate concepts into intuitive interfaces and maintain a cohesive visual system across the product.Your primary tool is Figma, and your output will drive the future visual and interaction language of our platform.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end UI/UX design process from problem definition to high-fidelity outputDesign user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI screens in FigmaDevelop and maintain a scalable Design System and reusable component libraryConduct and incorporate user research, usability feedback, and data insights into design iterationsCollaborate closely with engineering to ensure accurate front-end implementationWork with product managers to define requirements, edge cases, and interaction statesAdvocate for design quality, clarity, accessibility, and experience consistencyContribute to product discovery and long-term UX strategy for enterprise workflowsRequirements3-6 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design, ideally for SaaS or complex web productsSolid foundation in UX/UI principles and design processesExpert-level proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, variants, prototyping)Strong foundation in visual hierarchy, typography, layout, spacing, and UI clarityAbility to simplify complex product workflows into intuitive interactionsExperience contributing to or maintaining a Design SystemUnderstanding of responsive patterns and web constraintsStrong communication and feedback exchange skillsAbility to collaborate asynchronously and work with distributed teamsNice to HaveBasic familiarity with HTML/CSS to support smoother dev handoffExperience designing enterprise dashboards, workflow tools, or admin systemsCultural DNAHigh personal ownership and bias toward actionDirect, clear communicationThrives in a fast-moving, iterative startup environmentValues precision, simplicity, and future-ready designDelivers without needing micromanagementCompensation and CommitmentCompetitive compensation aligned with skill and experienceHigh-growth path: Senior UI/UX Designer Lead UI/UX (Product) Designer (Team Builder)
