Senior Graphic Designer (Print/Digital, Figma) Work shift: US Shift (6:30p- 3:30 a) Location : Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad Work model : RemoteRole & Responsibilities: 1. Conceptualize smart, innovative and diverse ideas for an array of different client briefs 2. Work with copywriters, producers, and strategists to brainstorm and push boundaries 3. Work with the larger design team to visually develop great campaign work 4. Present the team’s ideas and work to stakeholders and decision makers 5. Manage successful completion of all integrated creative projects (print & digital) 6. Establish and communicate schedules to deliver projects on time 7. Adapt and refine layouts to align with project specifications and brand guidelines. 8 Implement design updates and changes, ensuring precision and consistency. 9 Collaborate with the New York team to understand project requirements and maintain alignment with client expectations. 10. Provide solutions for layout adjustments while preserving the integrity of the design. 11. Maintain and organize design files to ensure efficient workflow and version control. 12. Conduct quality checks to ensure the accuracy and excellence of all deliverables. 13. Stay updated on brand guidelines and ensure adherence across all projects.Ideal Candidate 3+ years of experience in Design at an advertising or marketing agency Experience in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, Acrobat Pro. A well-curated work portfolio.
