The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, handle administrative tasks, and ensure a positive experience for visitors and employees.Location: Vadodara (On site)Shift timings: 12PM to 9PMKey Responsibilities:Greet and welcome visitors in a professional mannerHandle incoming calls, emails, and correspondenceMaintain visitor records and issue visitor passesManage front desk operations and ensure smooth daily functioningCoordinate with internal teams for meeting room bookings and schedulesHandle courier services, deliveries, and dispatchesMaintain office supplies and inventory at the receptionAssist in administrative and coordination tasks as requiredRequired Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsBasic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesCustomer service-oriented approach Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in any fieldMinimum 1–3 years of experience in a Front Desk or Admin roleWhy Join Relay Human Cloud? ✨
