Eligibility Criteria • Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy • Must have a valid Pharmacist License • Experience: 6 months to 5+ years in Retail Pharmacy • Notice Period: Immediate to 7 days (Serving candidates preferred) • Excellent customer handling & dispensing skills Documents to Carry (Soft Copy Mandatory) Aadhaar Card PAN Card Last 3 Months’ Salary Slips Offer Letter (Current/Previous Employer) Graduation Degree / D.Pharm / B.Pharm Pharmacist License Relieving Letter (if applicable) Roles & Responsibilities 1. Pharmacist Dispensing medications as per prescription Maintaining inventory and stock Customer service and sales at the counter Ensuring storage as per regulations Maintaining bills and records 2. Senior Pharmacist Supervising pharmacy operations Mentoring junior pharmacists Monitoring compliance & safety guidelines Handling escalations and audits Coordinating with doctors/customers for prescriptions 3. ATL (Assistant Team Lead) Managing store operations and pharmacy team Meeting daily sales and compliance targets Training and development of staff Reporting to cluster head/area manager Handling customer complaints and operational escalations
