JSP exports its diversified product portfolio to 22+ countries.About the Role:OperationsHead(Operations) -Coal Washery"Head (Maintenance) – Coal Washery/ Coal Handling Plant"(Operations)Responsibilities- Root cause analysis for failures & implementation of corrective actions - Maintain spares inventory & liaise with vendors. - Ensure compliance with safety, statutory & environmental norms - Implement Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM initiatives for improving efficiency, reducing costs, and minimizing waste. - Responsible for timely execution of as a leader. - Code of conduct, SAP, TOC & 411 awareness - Process Safety Management & maintaining 5-S (Seiri (Sort), Seiton (Set in Order), Seiso (Shine), Seiketsu (Standardize), and Shitsuke (Sustain)). - Project Handling related to Coal Handling ,Bulk Material Hand , coal (beneficiated coal) - Coal Washery Operations & Distribution of Coal Field - Maintenance of crushers, screens, stackers, conveyors, pumps, thickeners, feeders, HM cyclones, etc.Qualifications- B.E. /B.Tech /Diploma in Mining/ Mechanical/ Mineral Processing /CivilPreferred SkillsTotal Quality Managementtechnical expertise,Operational leadershipSafety complianceStrategic managementSafety Compliance, Health & Environment (SHE) CompetencePreventive, predictive & shutdown maintenance planning.
