Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and target-driven to generate new business opportunities for our US staffing services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential client companies, identifying hiring needs, and scheduling qualified meetings with decision-makers.Key Responsibilities- Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective client companies in the US market- Connect with HR Managers, Hiring Managers, and other key decision-makers- Introduce and effectively present our staffing and recruitment services- Identify hiring requirements and qualify potential opportunities- Schedule meetings for Senior Sales or Account Managers- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM- Achieve monthly targets for calls, meetings scheduled, and lead generationRequirements- 1–3+ years of experience in staffing, sales, or recruitment (US market preferred)- Strong cold-calling and persuasive communication skills- Confidence in speaking with senior-level professionals- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and performance-driven mindset- Ability to work during night shifts (US timings)Benefits & Perks- Cab dropping facility- Food incentive- Insurance coverage- Provident Fund (PF) benefits
