We are seeking a dedicated Admissions Counselor to guide prospective parents through the admissions process and support the school's enrollment goals. Role Overview The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for handling inquiries, conducting school tours, and assisting parents in the admission process. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to manage admission-related data efficiently. Key Responsibilities Admissions & Parent Interaction Respond to admission inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings. Guide prospective parents through the admissions process, ensuring a smooth and informative experience. Conduct school tours, explain the curriculum, and highlight key features of BIS. Assist parents in completing application forms and required documentation. Follow-ups & Enrollment Support Maintain a structured follow-up system for inquiries and applications. Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure timely communication with parents. Track enrollment status and update the admissions database accordingly. Event & Promotional Activities Assist in planning and executing open houses, admission events, and orientation programs. Work with the marketing team to support promotional activities and campaigns. Data Management & Reporting Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and admissions using CRM/ERP systems. Generate reports on admission trends and provide insights for strategic planning. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Any Graduate or Post Graduate Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in admissions, customer service, or a related field Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM/ERP systems Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines Why Join Us?
