About the Role As a native speakers of Indian languages he/she has to support ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition) and Conversational AI development. The role involves dataset preparation, annotation, quality checks, system evaluations, and linguistic analysis. Key Responsibilities Transcribe, annotate, and review speech/audio data in your native language. Prepare and clean language datasets (prompts, scripts, normalization). Check accuracy of annotated data, pronunciation, and linguistic consistency. Test ASR and voice-based systems; identify and report language errors. Evaluate conversational AI responses for clarity, fluency, and context. Collaborate with linguists and ML engineers to refine language models. Education & Experience Native speaker of one listed language. Strong reading, writing, and speaking skills in your language, along with proficiency in English. Fresh graduates in Linguistics/Languages/Humanities/Communication OR individuals with strong language skills are welcome. Attention to detail and interest in speech, language, and technology. Preferred Skills Work Experience-1-3 years Experience in ASR/NLP data labeling or linguistic QA. Basic familiarity with MS Office/Excel and language tools. Proficient in English and their native language typing using InScript or alternative phonetic/transliteration software Graduate/Master in 'Linguistics|Computational Linguistics|Applied Linguistics'
