City : Krishnapatnam State : Andhra Pradesh (IN-AP) Country : India (IN) Requisition Number : 44266 Global Job TitleGlobal FunctionGlobal DepartmentOrganizational LevelReporting toSize of team reporting in and type Role Purpose Statement Main Accountabilities Knowledge and Skills Behavior Technical Education & Experience Officer-ETP Sup Sp III Industrial Operations Industrial Operations Industrial Operations Manager-EHS Nil • Responsible for smooth operation of effluent treatment plant & maintain chemical consumption and stock record. • Responsible for smooth operation of ETP plant preliminary treatment, (Oil removal and PH correction) primary treatment, (chemical/ physical treatment) and secondary treatment (biological and secondary clarifier).• Responsible to smooth operation of WWRP (pretreatment for WWRP, MGF and ACF, UF and RO operations.) & ZLD operation.• Responsible to maintain chemical consumption and stock records.• Responsible to frequently back wash of MGF, ACF & UF.• Responsible to housekeeping of ETP area.• Responsible chemical dosing in ETP, UF & RO as per water analysis report. • Ensuring strict implementation of work place safety.• Preparing & maintaining daily records of effluent generation, effluent treated, water recovered and RO reject. • Maintain the records of maintenance work.• To maintain the solid waste (removal and handling) generated from ETP processes. • To conduct pre shift risk assessment and Tool box talk with the entire team• Analysis of ETP inlet & ETP outlet parameters Use knowledge of Bunge’s business, structure and strategy to develop innovative solutions to improve results or eliminate problems.Build partnerships, appropriately influence to gain commitment, foster talent and coach others to grow in current or future roles..Drive results through high standards, focus on key priorities, organization, and preparing others for change. • Knowledge about ETP/WTP/MEE Plant & GPCB Norms applicable for ETP.• RO Plant operations, PM, Trouble shooting, DCS / SCADA knowledge, GMP • ITI/Diploma • 5-7 Years of Experience Collaborative, Respectful, InclusiveAgile, Empowered, InnovativeSafety, Sustainability, With Integrity
