Job Title: Atlassian Administartor Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-time Contract role Pay Range: 25 - 28 lpa Role Description: We are looking for strong Atlassian administrator to support our cloud application suite. This position is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and extending our Atlassian suite. Within this role, you will directly affect process implementation, integrate Atlassian products with other internal applications, and drive efficiencies for our organization. Job Experience Requirements: At least 3 years of experience as an Atlassian Cloud Admin, with a strong focus on Guard, Jira, Confluence, Jira Product Discovery (JPD), Jira Service Management (JSM) and Bitbucket. Experience working in Atlassian Cloud Enterprise plan is desired. Proven experience in configuring and customizing Jira projects, workflows, screens, and fields to meet specific team requirements. Solid understanding of Jira administration, including user management, permissions, and security settings. Familiarity with Atlassian Marketplace apps and add-ons, and their integration with Jira and Confluence. Experience troubleshooting and resolving Atlassian tool-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities. Ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned tasks, and meet deadlines. Certifications in Atlassian products such as ACP-620, ACP-OA, and ACP-120 is a plus Experience in Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Low code platform, Survey monkey, Poppulo is a plus Job Responsibilities: Administer and configure the Atlassian suite of tools, such as Jira, Confluence, Jira Product Discovery (JPD), Jira Service Management (JSM) and Bitbucket. Manage user accounts, permissions, and general system configuration. In partnership with scrum master / project manager, address business problems and provide scalable solutions using Atlassian products. Identify areas of improvement within the Atlassian suite and perform analysis and review of current workflows, projects, permissions, and functionality Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Atlassian tools, including performance, access, and functionality Create and update documentation on the setup and administration of Atlassian products.
