Regional Head: Graduate with 10+ Years in micro finance sector and having experience in handling team. Cluster Head: Graduate with 8 Years of experience in spearheading large microfinance branches / multiple Branches Area Quality controller: Graduate with 5 Years of experience in heading microfinance branches Customer Service Manager: Graduate with 4 Years of experience in handling microfinance branches Assistant Customer Service Manager: Graduate with 2 Years of experience in handling microfinance operations Customer Service Officer / Executive – Plus 2/ 12th std or above with 1 year of experience in handling microfinance operations.
