If you are passionate about video games and know how to hook a viewer within the first three seconds, we would like to hear from you. About the Role This is not a purely executional role. We are looking for someone who can both plan and produce content with creative judgment. Your responsibilities will include planning and creating short-form viral videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) covering the development process and the world of the game; capturing your own footage inside Unreal Engine 5, for which we will provide project access and guidance (no prior UE5 experience required); editing dynamic, attention-grabbing pieces with a strong visual identity, designed to grow and engage our community; and proposing ideas, formats, and trends rather than simply executing briefs. Requirements Proven track record creating high-quality viral content (portfolio or reel required). A PC capable of running Unreal Engine 5 smoothly (dedicated GPU, 16GB+ RAM recommended). Strong sense of pacing, sound design, and current social media trends. Proficiency in the editing software of your choice (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, After Effects, or equivalent). Self-directed, reliable, and committed to growing alongside the project. Nice to Have Prior experience with Unreal Engine 5 or other game engines. Background in game marketing or gaming-focused social media content. Motion graphics or VFX skills. Compensation and Terms USD 250 per month during the initial 3-month trial period. USD 400 per month from month 4 onward, upon successful completion of the trial. Fully remote position.
