About the RoleWe’re looking for aCopywriter / Scriptwriterwho understands how people scroll and how to stop them. Your job will be to write sharp, quirky, and thumb-stopping copy for social media and ads. From reel hooks that don’t feel forced to carousels people actually swipe through, you’ll help shape how our brand shows up online. If you enjoy playing with tone, experimenting with formats, and writing copy that sounds human (not corporate), this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Copy & Scripts Write engaging scripts for Instagram reels, short videos, and ads Create scroll-stopping hooks that grab attention in the first 3 seconds Write carousel copy that keeps users swiping till the last slide Adapt copy to different platforms while maintaining brand voiceCreative Collaboration Work closely with designers and strategists to bring concepts to life Translate campaign ideas into clear, punchy scripts and captions Brainstorm new content angles, formats, and storytelling ideasBrand Voice & Consistency Maintain a quirky, relatable, and on-brand tone across all content Ensure copy aligns with campaign goals while staying entertaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Engagement on reels and carousels (watch time, saves, shares) Ad performance (CTR, hook retention, audience response) Consistency in tone, clarity, and creativity across platforms QualificationsBachelor’s degree (any relevant field) 2+ years of experience in copywriting, scriptwriting, or social media content Strong command of written English with a playful yet precise writing style Experience writing for social media, ads, and short-form video content Ability to write hooks that feel natural—not clickbaity Strong understanding of digital content trends and audience behaviour Additional RequirementsCan start immediately What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits A creative environment that values ideas over hierarchy Opportunity to experiment with formats, tones, and concepts Work that actually gets seen (and reacted to)
