As we expand our presence in thefederal contracting space , we are seeking an experiencedProposal Writerwith a strong background inUS government RFPsto join our team.Role Overview The Proposal Writer will be responsible for developingcompliant, compelling, and well-structured proposalsfor US federal opportunities. This role requires familiarity with the federal procurement process and the ability to work collaboratively with capture teams, SMEs, and leadership to produce winning proposals.Key Responsibilities Review, interpret, and respond tofederal RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and task orders . Write and edit proposal content that isclear, persuasive, and compliant . Collaborate with capture managers, business development, and technical experts to gather inputs. Create and maintaincompliance matricesand ensure all submissions meet solicitation requirements. Manage the proposal development lifecycle, including reviews, deadlines, and final submission. Maintain a library of past performance, resumes, and reusable proposal content. Proofread, format, and standardize documents for consistency and compliance.Requirements 3+ years of experiencewriting proposals forUS federal government contracts . Strong understanding of thefederal acquisition process (FAR/DFAR) . Exceptional writing, editing, and organizational skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneously. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). US citizenship or work authorization required.Preferred Qualifications APMP certificationor Shipley methodology training. Experience supporting proposals acrossmultiple industries(IT, staffing, healthcare, logistics, professional services, etc.). Familiarity with proposal tools (Loopio, RFPIO, etc.).Why Join Us?
