Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Counsellor to drive high-value enrolments, mentor junior team members, and consistently exceed revenue targets. Key Responsibilities Counsel students and guide them to the right programs Handle and convert high-intent leads Generate own leads and build strong pipelines Consistently achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets Maintain accurate CRM data and follow-ups Support and mentor junior counsellors (if required) Performance & Targets Variable pay during probation (first 3 months) linked to performance Minimum 50% target achievement required for variable payout Incentives unlocked at 90%+ target achievement Compensation Probation:Fixed + Variable Post Probation:100% Fixed + High incentives Monthly incentives + performance bonuses (up to ₹2L/month cap) Requirements 4–6 years of experience in Sales / Counselling / EdTech Proven track record of achieving sales targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills Strong ownership and result-oriented approach Why Join Us High incentive earning potential Opportunity to work in a fast-growing EdTech setup Leadership exposure and growth opportunities Remote working flexibility
