The role involvesend-to-end ownership of channel partner performance , activation, productivity, and revenue growth across assigned regions.Key Responsibilities Channel Partner Management Manageend-to-end channel sales operationsacross assigned regions/cities. Identify, onboard, train, and activatenew education channel partners . Drivepartner productivity , engagement, and revenue contribution. Build long-term relationships with key channel partners and stakeholders. Revenue & Business Growth Achieveenrolment and revenue targetsthrough channel-led sales. Monitor funnel metrics: leads, conversions, enrolments, and closures. Plan and executeregional sales strategiesaligned with business goals. Identify growth opportunities within existing and new partner networks. Program & Product Alignment Ensure partners are well-versed withdegree programs, working professional courses, fees, eligibility, loan options, and specializations . Act as a bridge betweenchannel partners, internal sales teams, and university SPOCs . Support partners with marketing initiatives, webinars, events, and local promotions. Governance, MIS & Compliance Track and publishdaily/weekly/monthly MISon partner performance. Ensure adherence topricing, compliance, and brand guidelines . Resolve partner escalations and operational challenges promptly. Team & Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely withcentral sales, marketing, ops, and academic teams . Provide market feedback on competition, pricing, and partner trends. Support leadership with insights for expansion and optimization.Preferred Candidate Profile: Experience & Background 5–10 years of experiencein Channel Sales withinEdTech / Higher Education / Education services . Strong exposure toOnline Degree Programs / Executive Education / Working Professional programs . Experience managingmulti-city or multi-region channel partnersis mandatory.Skills & Competencies Strongrelationship management and negotiation skills . Proven ability to drivechannel revenue and partner productivity . Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience inMIS and CRM tools . Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
