Senior Bench Sales Recruiter

Senior Benchsales Recuriter:Key Responsibilities Marketbench candidates (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, EAD, and Citizens)across multiple IT technologies to prime vendors and direct clients. Generate25–30 quality submissions per weekwith a focus on accuracy, speed, and candidate suitability. Ensureat least one successful placement (closure) per month . Build and maintain strong relationships withdirect client account managers ,vendor business development teams , andimplementation partners . Negotiate contract rates with vendors and clients to meet company margins. Track all submissions, interviews, and closures in CRM/ATS systems. Collaborate with internal recruiters to match bench candidates with open job requirements. Keep candidates engaged and updated throughout the placement lifecycle. Identify new vendor partners and expand the business network. Stay updated with market trends, rate fluctuations, and visa compliance.Performance Targets Weekly Target:25–30 qualified submissions. Monthly Target:Minimum one confirmed placement/closure. Quarterly Target:Build and maintain relationships with at least 15–20 new vendor or client partners. Response Time:Submit suitable candidates within half hour of receiving new requirements.Required Skills & Experience 1 plus years of experience inBench Sales Recruiting for U.S. Staffing . Strong knowledge ofU.S. visa classifications, job portals (Dice, Monster, Indeed, etc.), and VMS portals . Proven experience withH1B Transfers, OPT Marketing, and Corp-to-Corp (C2C)placements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills. Ability to work inEST/CST time zones . Hands-on experience withATS/CRM tools and vendor management systems .Preferred Qualifications Experience working withTier-1 vendors and direct clients . Established network ofvendor relationships and client connections . Strong multitasking ability with attention to detail. Self-motivated and result-driven attitude.
