The company is dedicated to elevating spaces with unique and elegant designs for homes, offices, and even garden areas.Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Merchandiser based in Mohali district, with flexibility for some work-from-home opportunities. As a Senior Merchandiser, you will be responsible for curating and managing product assortments, overseeing inventory levels, and collaborating with vendors and suppliers. You will analyze market trends, monitor sales performance, and develop merchandising strategies to drive revenue and enhance customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will ensure the visual appeal of displays and alignment with the company's brand identity.Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and team members Proven experience in Sales, Retail, and Marketing to develop and implement successful merchandising strategies Strong organizational and analytical skills to manage inventory and evaluate market trends Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team Prior experience in merchandising, retail, or interior decor is advantageous Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
